Campaigning for EPR

• Learn about EPR programs that exist in other countries.

• If you are a consumer, ask your brand name manufacturer about their policy on postconsumer take back practices. Find out if they comply with EPR in Europe or elsewhere.
• Lobby your politicians for extended producer responsibility. Tell them you don’t want your taxpayer money being used for programs holding producers economically responsible for their end-of-life products.
• Contact campaigning groups and local authorities working on EPR.
